Business Retention & Expansion
What’s in it for me to Schedule a Business Retention & Expansion Visit?
Business Retention & Expansion is a critical tool that is equally beneficial for the employer as it is for the Chamber of Commerce.
- For the Member: The initiative can identify the needs, challenges and opportunities of the business, and the chamber can provide connections and solutions to aid in your business success.
- For The Chamber: By engaging with the program, the chamber is able to learn and adapt it’s current offerings to ensure that all services and offerings are beneficial to members of all sizes.
It all starts with a one-hour introductory session followed by a customized solution plan and continued engagement.

Who’s Involved?
We want to fully understand your company and the factors critical to your success. The first session will include relevant Chamber staff and members of your organization’s leadership. Additional partners may be brought in following a complete understanding of the situation, only at the consent of the business.
After the Visit
After gaining a full understanding of your company, the Chamber will connect you with the available resources based on your specific needs and serve as an ongoing local contact for business support.
